To expand the already successful multiplication model, Training of Trainers, so that there are CFCM trainers in each of the 28 districts of Malawi, overseen by regional CFCM staff.
To provide discipleship training and support for all children’s workers.
To advocate strongly for child protection within the churches and communities where CFCM has a presence.
To develop local and national income generating schemes so that CFCM is self-sustaining rather than dependent on donations.
To establish a fund for bringing practical assistance to children and children’s workers when they face hardship.
